Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes, we ship to most countries and regions globally, with standard and expedited shipping options available. 

Q: Is my order shipped discreetly?

A: Absolutely. All orders are shipped in unmarked plain packaging with no product details or sensitive branding to fully protect your privacy.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes. We will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link once your order is dispatched, so you can monitor delivery in real time.

Product Quality & Safety 

Q: Are your products safe to use?

A: All LANWAN products are manufactured using only body-safe, medical-grade, non-toxic and hypoallergenic materials. We have a full-process quality control system to ensure every product meets our strict safety requirements.

Q: How do I clean my product?

A: We recommend cleaning with mild soap and warm water before and after each use, or a dedicated toy cleaner. Full care instructions are included with every product. 

Wholesale & Custom Services

Q: Do you offer wholesale, OEM and ODM services?

A: Yes. We are a Yiwu-based professional manufacturer of intimate wellness products, providing global bulk wholesale, private label, and full OEM/ODM custom services (from product design to mass production).

Q: What is your MOQ for wholesale and custom orders?

A: We support small quantities, mainly depending on products. Custom order MOQ varies based on your project requirements, with low minimums for private label customization. Please contact our sales team for a tailored quote. 

Orders & After-Sales 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for opened/used products, unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival. Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal for retail orders, and T/T bank transfer, Western Union for bulk wholesale and custom orders.
